When you book
When you book an appointment online, you will input your credit card information to hold the appointment. You won’t be charged for the service until it is completed. Look out for email and/or text details upon booking, a 72 hour confirmation request, and a 24 hour appointment reminder. Please review these emails as they will have all the info needed for our facilities, parking, and a mandatory COVID-19 release form. This is also a good time to make sure you have your stylists’ phone number or Instagram handle.
When you come in
Our studio is located inside Salon Republic on the lobby level. Please plan on arriving 5-10 mins early to find parking. We ask that upon arrival to the lobby, please text/message your stylist, wait for a response, and they will either give you the O.K. to come into the studio, or they will meet you in the lobby and walk you in. This is only because we have a small studio and no waiting area inside.
Running late?
LA traffic is real. Please leave us a message as soon as you can with the time you’re able to make it. We will try our hardest to accommodate, but cannot guarantee your service if you are more than 15 minutes late, and you may be subject to a portion or up to the entirety of your service charge.
Need to cancel/reschedule?
We understand that life happens. If you are unable to make your appointment, we respectfully ask you to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance for us to better accommodate last minute bookings or our waitlist. You can reschedule your appointment via confirmation email, or you can direct message, text, or email us. If you cancel within 48 hours you are subject to a portion or up to the entirety of your service charge.
No show?
If you do not show up to your appointment and are not in communication with your stylist in that regard, you are subject to 100% of the service amount and will be required to pre-pay at the time of booking your next appointment.
Chemical service disclaimer
We work hard to ensure all chemical services are done with the health of your hair in mind, while also striving to achieve your desired look. We cannot guarantee the health or longevity of your chemical services if you do not follow your stylist’s home care/salon visit recommendations. We are not responsible for previously compromised hair, and in some cases may not be able to perform any chemical services on over-compromised hair. If you are unsure of the condition of your hair or would like to cultivate a plan to get to your goal, we are more than happy to have you in for a complimentary consultation with one of our experts.
Adjustments
We have a no refund policy, but we will happily offer complimentary adjustments within 10 days of your original appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
We do not tolerate hate, discrimination, or harassment in any capacity.
We do not sell or share any client information including email lists, contact info, or credit card info with any outside companies.
COVID-19 policies
Masks are recommended, but optional regardless of vaccination status
Please reschedule if you are ill, if you had a positive COVID test within the previous 10 days, or have been exposed recently.
